Specifications

Base construction

• Dig out 500 x 500mm strip foundation
• Fill to within 100mm ground level with concrete
• Reinforce with steel mesh if ground is unstable
• Build brick course up to DPC level
• Dig out 200mm for conservatory base, blind with 25mm sand and lay DPC sheet membrane over whole area and lapped up to brickwork
• Lay 50mm Jablite insulation under 125mm thick mesh reinforced concrete to DPC level

Frame Specifications:

• 70ml chamfered/sculptured frames with fully welded construction
• Low E glass (optional)
• Espagnolette shootbolt locking to openers for greater security
• Security claws prevent hinges being forced open
• Internally glazed for greater security
• 28mm twin-sealed units for improved reduction in noise and heat loss
• Low in maintenance & durable
• Concealed gaskets
• Concealed drainage

Glass roof

• anti-sun glass
• 28mm toughened sealed units (low E glass optional)
